You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the betso Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
To access the full range of betso services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betso account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
betso is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documentation as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You warrant that all information provided to betso during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. betso reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to retain any funds in such accounts pending investigation.
All financial transactions on the betso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betso supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, B DO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at betso's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your betso account balance upon confirmation of receipt by betso's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. betso does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. betso aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet channels (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). betso reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
betso is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). betso may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings on the betso Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). betso does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
betso may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. betso reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
betso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where betso reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
betso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.
All games available on the betso Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All RNG-based games on the betso Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and verified to produce fair and unpredictable outcomes. betso publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game so that players can make informed decisions.
Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers operating from licensed studio environments. All content on the betso Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of betso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betso Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the betso Platform without the prior written consent of betso.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if betso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betso will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
betso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to betso.
You may close your betso account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betso Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
betso operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through betso's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
betso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betso will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the betso Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.
